MWLC strength and conditioning implements researched based program design focusing on core lifts (free weight exercises), flexibility, speed and agility, functional movement training, and the development of the athlete. An atmosphere is created that will accept no less than one’s best work ethic. MWLC will challenge individuals to improve physical conditioning, to develop mental toughness and self-confidence. The club is open for beginners and experienced lifters. Technique and form or lift are taught to the standard or competition lift.
